    In the Discovery phase we work with our clients to understand the goals and the objectives of the project. We also conduct stakeholder research, brand reviews and identify target audience personas to understand more about our clients business. In this phase we gather information through research, workshops and interviews.

    Define

    In the Define phase we clarify objectives and the scope of the project based on user personas, customer journey and desired functionality on the website. In this phase we also plan, create and review content based on organisational goals & objectives. We work on the sitemap and also figure out the navigation of the website.

    03.

    Design

    In the Design phase we usually start with wireframes and then progress onto the actual aesthetics of the site. In this phase we would work closely with our clients to ensure the look & feel of the website is in compliance with the brand image and tone of voice. This is essential as the website needs to be consistent with the other channels of communication for the brand.

    04.

    Develop

    In the Develop phase the website design is translated to actual code that makes the website work. This stage can be the most lengthy, so we keep our clients informed on the status of the project.

    05.

    Launch

    In the Launch phase the website undergoes numerous rounds of testing and feedback, after resolving all issues the website finally launched based on launch strategy and plan of the organisation.

    How to make updates to the site once the website is finished?
